On a late Friday evening, a robbery took place at the Horseshoe Casino in downtown Baltimore, leaving one victim shaken but grateful to be alive. The incident occurred in the parking garage of the popular casino, where the victim, who wishes to remain anonymous, was approached by two armed individuals demanding money.
“I was just leaving the casino after a night of gambling when I heard footsteps approaching me from behind,” the victim recalled. “Before I could react, two individuals brandishing handguns cornered me and demanded that I hand over my wallet and phone.”
The victim complied with the robbers’ demands, fearing for their life as the robbers rifled through their belongings. After taking the victim’s valuables, the perpetrators fled the scene, leaving the victim shaken but physically unharmed.

Following the incident, the victim is calling for increased security measures and patrols in and around the Horseshoe Casino to prevent future incidents of this nature. “I urge the casino management to take this incident seriously and work with law enforcement to enhance security in their facilities,” the victim stated. “No one should have to fear for their safety while enjoying a night out.”
In response to the robbery, the Horseshoe Casino issued a statement expressing their concern for the victim and emphasizing their commitment to ensuring the safety and security of all patrons. “The safety and well-being of our guests is our top priority, and we are working closely with local law enforcement to investigate this incident and take appropriate action to prevent similar occurrences in the future,” the statement read.
