Mobile, AL – A Mobile man has confessed to his involvement in a fatal carjacking at a Mississippi casino, authorities said Wednesday.
The suspect, identified as 27-year-old James Smith, admitted to his role in the incident that led to the death of a 63-year-old man from Gulfport. The carjacking took place at the Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in D’Iberville on Tuesday evening.
