Cocoadocs.org (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website (“Site”) to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy to address claims of copyright infringement on our Site.
1. Notification of Infringement Claims
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our Site, please notify our Designated Copyright Agent as set forth below. Your notification must be in writing and include the following information:

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Counter-Notification by Accused Party
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a “Counter-Notice”). To be effective, a Counter-Notice must be in writing and include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Cocoadocs.org may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the initial notification of alleged infringement or an agent of such person.

3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Cocoadocs.org has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
4. Modifications to Policy
Cocoadocs.org reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this policy at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of modifications constitutes your acknowledgment of the policy and your agreement to abide and be bound by the policy as modified.
