The Wellesley Kiwanis Club has announced that it will be hosting its annual Scout Appreciation Breakfast to honor State Representative Alice Peisch on Saturday, March 14th. The event will take place at the Wellesley Hills Congregational Church and will feature a delicious breakfast prepared by local chefs, as well as a special presentation to recognize Rep. Peisch’s dedication to serving the community.
Rep. Peisch has been a long-standing advocate for education and children’s welfare in the Wellesley area, and the Kiwanis Club is thrilled to have the opportunity to thank her for her hard work and commitment. The event will also serve as a fundraiser for the club’s various community service projects, including supporting local scouting programs and providing scholarships to deserving students.
In addition to the Scout Appreciation Breakfast, another exciting event is on the horizon in Wellesley. The Elizabeth Seton Residence will be hosting a Casino Night on Friday, March 20th. The evening will feature professional casino games, a silent auction, delicious food, and cocktails. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Elizabeth Seton Residence, a nonprofit organization that provides quality care and life enrichment for seniors in the area.
The Casino Night promises to be a fun and festive affair, with attendees having the chance to win incredible prizes while supporting a worthy cause. Guests can look forward to blackjack, roulette, poker, and more, all set against the backdrop of a glamorous casino atmosphere. Whether you’re a seasoned gambler or just looking to have a good time, the Elizabeth Seton Residence Casino Night is sure to be a night to remember.
Both events provide an opportunity for the Wellesley community to come together in support of meaningful causes and recognize the dedicated individuals who make a difference in the lives of others. Whether it’s honoring a respected public servant like Rep. Peisch or supporting the compassionate care provided by the Elizabeth Seton Residence, these events showcase the spirit of giving and community that make Wellesley a special place to live.
