The Kappa Alpha Psi Pasadena Alumni Chapter recently hosted a glamorous White Linen Casino Night, attracting a crowd of fraternity brothers, sorority sisters, and community members looking to have a night of fun and fundraising.
The event, held at the luxurious Pasadena Masonic Lodge, featured an array of casino games including blackjack, poker, and roulette. Attendees dressed to the nines in their finest white linen attire, adding an air of elegance to the evening.
Guests enjoyed a delectable spread of hors d’oeuvres and cocktails as they mingled and tried their luck at the various games. The energy in the room was electric, with laughter and cheers filling the air as players tried to win big prizes.
In addition to the casino games, the event also featured a silent auction with a range of items up for bid, including sports memorabilia, spa packages, and vacation getaways. All proceeds from the auction went towards supporting the chapter’s community service initiatives and scholarship programs.
The highlight of the evening was a special performance by a live band, who had guests dancing the night away to the sounds of Motown classics and modern hits.
“We are thrilled to have hosted such a successful event that brought together our members and the community in a fun and vibrant setting,” said chapter president, James Thompson. “Our goal is to not only have a good time, but to also raise funds to support important causes in our community.”
Overall, the White Linen Casino Night was a resounding success, with attendees leaving with smiles on their faces and memories of a night to remember. The Pasadena Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi is already looking forward to hosting their next event, promising an even bigger and better celebration for all to enjoy.
