Bossier City, LA – The Bossier City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect who allegedly stole several items from Margaritaville Casino.
According to police reports, the incident occurred on Saturday night around 10:30 pm when a man entered the casino and began browsing the gaming areas. Surveillance footage shows the suspect casually walking around the casino floor before approaching a slot machine. He then allegedly reached into the machine and stole an undisclosed amount of cash before quickly leaving the scene.
“We are actively investigating this incident and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect,” said Bossier City Police Chief Shane McWilliams. “We take these types of crimes very seriously and will do everything in our power to bring this individual to justice.”
The suspect is described as a white male in his late 30s to early 40s, approximately 6 feet tall with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a gray hoodie, and blue jeans.

Margaritaville Casino has released a statement expressing their concern over the incident and reassured guests that they are working closely with law enforcement to ensure the safety and security of their patrons.
“We take the safety and security of our guests very seriously and are cooperating with the police in their investigation,” said a spokesperson for Margaritaville Casino. “We have implemented additional security measures to prevent incidents like this from happening in the future.”
