In an effort to give back to the community and support a worthy cause, Firekeepers Casino Hotel has announced that it will be participating in the upcoming 11th Annual Firekeepers Casino Hotel Championship, a premier golf tournament held at the Battle Creek Country Club.
The tournament, which is a part of the Symetra Tour – Road to the LPGA, will feature some of the best up-and-coming female golfers in the world competing for a $175,000 purse. However, this year’s tournament will be extra special as Firekeepers Casino Hotel has pledged to donate a portion of the proceeds to the FireKeepers Local Revenue Sharing Board, which allocates funds to local communities and organizations in need.
Firekeepers Casino Hotel has always been a strong advocate for supporting local initiatives and giving back to those in need. The decision to participate in the tournament and donate to the Local Revenue Sharing Board aligns with the casino’s commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
“We are proud to be a part of the Firekeepers Casino Hotel Championship and support such a great cause,” said Kathy George, CEO of Firekeepers Casino Hotel. “Giving back to the community is a priority for us, and we are thrilled to be able to contribute to the Local Revenue Sharing Board through our involvement in this tournament.”
The tournament will take place from July 23rd to the 25th, and spectators are encouraged to come out and show their support for both the players and the cause. In addition to the exciting golf action, there will be various fundraising activities and opportunities for attendees to contribute to the Local Revenue Sharing Board.
Firekeepers Casino Hotel’s commitment to playing for a purpose in the 11th Annual Firekeepers Casino Hotel Championship is a testament to their dedication to giving back and making a difference in the community. Through their involvement in the tournament, the casino is not only supporting young female golfers on their path to the LPGA but also helping to make a positive impact in the lives of those in need.
