In the wake of the devastating tornadoes that recently ripped through Oklahoma, leaving a trail of destruction in their path, Osage Casinos has stepped up to offer free rooms to victims in need of shelter. With properties located in four cities across the state – Tulsa, Sand Springs, Bartlesville, and Ponca City – Osage Casinos is providing a helping hand to those who have been displaced from their homes.
The tornadoes, which struck on a Sunday afternoon with little warning, caused widespread damage and left many families without a place to live. In the aftermath of the storms, Osage Casinos quickly mobilized its resources to offer free rooms to those in need, providing a safe and comfortable place for them to stay while they work to rebuild their lives.
“We know that many families have been affected by these devastating tornadoes, and we want to do everything we can to help them during this difficult time,” said Byron Bighorse, CEO of Osage Casinos. “By offering free rooms at our properties, we hope to provide some relief to those who have lost everything.”
The free rooms are available to tornado victims on a first-come, first-served basis, with no reservations required. Those in need of shelter can simply show up at one of the four Osage Casinos locations and speak to a member of the staff to receive assistance. In addition to providing lodging, Osage Casinos is also offering meals and other amenities to help make the stay as comfortable as possible for those in need.
The generosity of Osage Casinos has not gone unnoticed, with many tornado victims expressing their gratitude for the assistance. “I lost everything in the tornado, and I didn’t know where I was going to go,” said Sarah Johnson, a resident of Sand Springs who is now staying at the Osage Casino in Tulsa. “I am so thankful for this opportunity to have a safe place to stay while I figure out what to do next.”
As the recovery efforts continue in the wake of the tornadoes, Osage Casinos remains committed to supporting those in need and providing a helping hand to those who have been impacted by the storms. With free rooms available at their four locations across the state, Osage Casinos is offering a ray of hope to those who have been left with nothing in the wake of the disaster.
