Families In Crisis, a local non-profit organization dedicated to helping families in need, will be hosting a Casino Night fundraiser in Heights this weekend. The event, which will take place at the Heights Community Center, promises to be a night of glitz, glamour, and most importantly, giving back to the community.
Attendees can look forward to a variety of casino games including blackjack, poker, and roulette, as well as a silent auction featuring prizes donated by local businesses. All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting Families In Crisis’ programs, which provide food, shelter, and support services to families facing crisis situations.
“We are thrilled to be hosting our first Casino Night fundraiser in Heights,” said Sarah Johnson, the Executive Director of Families In Crisis. “This event is not only a great way to raise money for our organization, but it also provides a fun and entertaining way for our supporters to come together and show their support for families in need.”
In addition to the casino games and silent auction, Casino Night will also feature live music, delicious food and drinks, and a photo booth for attendees to capture memories of the evening. The dress code for the event is cocktail attire, so guests are encouraged to dress to impress.
Tickets for Casino Night are $50 per person and can be purchased online or at the door. Each ticket includes a set amount of gaming chips, with additional chips available for purchase throughout the evening. The event is open to adults 18 and over.
“We are so grateful for the support of the Heights community and beyond,” Johnson added. “We hope that Casino Night will not only be a fun night out, but also a way for us to come together and make a real difference in the lives of families who are struggling.”
