Shippensburg University kicked off its annual Homecoming Weekend with a bang on Friday night, hosting a Casino Night event for students, alumni, and faculty at the Ceddia Union Building. The event, organized by the Student Government Association, featured a variety of casino games, music, food, and prizes for attendees to enjoy.
As soon as guests entered the CUB, they were transported into a glamorous casino setting, complete with blackjack tables, roulette wheels, and poker games. The sound of chips clinking and cards shuffling filled the air, creating a thrilling atmosphere for all who attended. Students and alumni alike were dressed to the nines, with many sporting flashy outfits and accessories to match the casino theme.
Throughout the evening, guests had the opportunity to try their luck at a variety of casino games, with professional dealers on hand to guide them through the rules and strategies. Prizes were awarded to winners at each table, ranging from gift cards to SU merchandise, adding an extra element of excitement to the night.
In addition to the casino games, attendees were treated to a DJ spinning tunes on the dance floor, creating a lively and energetic atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. A photo booth was also set up for guests to capture memories of the evening, with props and backdrops available to add a fun and festive touch to their pictures.
