Off-Strip casino, The Lush Oasis, is set to undergo a massive $35 million expansion and renovation project in the coming months. The announcement comes as the casino prepares to take legal action against Formula 1 for alleged trademark infringement.
The Lush Oasis, located just a few miles off the famous Las Vegas Strip, has become a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. Known for its lush, tropical theme and luxurious amenities, the casino has quickly become a staple in the Las Vegas gaming scene.
The $35 million expansion and renovation project will see the casino adding a new hotel tower, several new restaurants and bars, as well as updated gaming and entertainment areas. The goal of the project is to attract more visitors and compete with the larger, more well-known casinos on the Strip.
In addition to the expansion project, The Lush Oasis is also preparing to take legal action against Formula 1 for alleged trademark infringement. The casino claims that the racing organization’s new logo bears a striking resemblance to their own, leading to confusion among patrons.
“We have worked hard to establish The Lush Oasis brand and we will not stand idly by while another company tries to profit off of our success,” said casino owner, Samantha Green. “We have no choice but to take legal action to protect our trademark and reputation.”
Despite the legal battle looming, Green remains optimistic about the casino’s future. She believes that the expansion project will help solidify The Lush Oasis as a top destination in Las Vegas.
“We are excited to bring new and exciting additions to our property and provide our guests with an unparalleled gaming and entertainment experience,” Green said. “We are confident that this expansion will help us stand out in the crowded Las Vegas market and continue to attract visitors from near and far.”
Construction on the expansion project is set to begin in the coming weeks, with an expected completion date of late next year. In the meantime, The Lush Oasis is open for business as usual, welcoming guests to come and experience the tropical paradise that awaits just off the Las Vegas Strip.
