A tense situation escalated into a violent altercation on Wednesday night outside a Dunkin’ Donuts near the Chittenango casino, as road rage turned into a stabbing.
According to witnesses, the incident began on the nearby highway when two drivers, whose identities have not been released, became involved in a heated exchange on the road. As they exited the highway and pulled into the Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot, the situation quickly spiraled out of control.
Eyewitnesses reported that one of the drivers got out of his vehicle and confronted the other driver, who was sitting in his car with a passenger.
