Timur Margolin from Israel has once again proven his exceptional poker skills by winning the World Series of Poker Event #36: $800 Deepstack tournament and securing his third WSOP bracelet.

Margolin’s victory in the $800 Deepstack event is a testament to his skill and consistency on the poker circuit. The Israeli pro first burst onto the scene in 2018 when he won his first WSOP bracelet in the $2,500 No-Limit Hold’em event. He followed up that success in 2019 with another bracelet win in the $2,500 No-Limit Hold’em event.
Now, with his third WSOP bracelet in hand, Margolin has solidified his reputation as one of the top players in the game. His impressive performance in the $800 Deepstack event showcased his ability to navigate through large fields and tough competition, as well as his knack for making decisive plays when it mattered most.
In the final hand of the tournament, Margolin found himself heads-up against his opponent, Dejan Kaladjurdjevic. With the blinds at 300,000/600,000 and a 600,000 big blind ante, Margolin raised to 1.5 million from the button with pocket kings. Kaladjurdjevic, holding pocket tens, three-bet to 4.2 million. Margolin four-bet to 9.6 million, causing Kaladjurdjevic to shove all in for around 28 million. Margolin quickly called and his kings held up, securing him the victory and the coveted WSOP bracelet.
After the win, Margolin expressed his gratitude and excitement, stating, “I’m so happy. It’s amazing, truly amazing. Winning a WSOP bracelet is always special, and to win my third one is a dream come true. I want to thank all of my supporters and everyone who has helped me along the way.”
Margolin’s win in the $800 Deepstack event is sure to be remembered as one of the standout moments of the 2021 WSOP. With his third bracelet now added to his collection, there’s no doubt that Timur Margolin will continue to be a force to be reckoned with in the world of poker for years to come.
