One of the standout performers was MGM National Harbor, which recorded the highest revenue of any casino in the state at $67.9 million. This marked a 5.4% increase from May 2020 and was largely attributed to the casino’s expansive gaming floor and high-quality amenities, which continue to draw in visitors from across the region.
Horseshoe Casino Baltimore also saw a strong performance in May, generating $20.6 million in revenue, a 6.7% increase from the previous year. The casino’s location near the city’s popular Inner Harbor and its wide selection of gaming options have made it a favorite destination for both locals and tourists alike.
Maryland Live! Casino & Hotel in Hanover saw a slight decrease in revenue from May 2020, bringing in $55.4 million. Despite this, the casino remains a key player in the state’s gaming industry, offering a diverse range of entertainment options that appeal to a wide range of patrons.
