With over two decades of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, Barile brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
Barile started his career in the gaming industry as a table games dealer at the age of 21. Over the years, he worked his way up the ranks, holding various positions within the industry. Before joining Mesquite Gaming, Barile served as the director of table games at a major casino resort in Las Vegas, where he oversaw the operations of the table games department and managed a team of over 100 employees.
In his new role at Mesquite Gaming, Barile will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort’s operations, including gaming, hotel, food and beverage, and entertainment. He will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.
