In a groundbreaking collaboration, Las Vegas-based gaming giant Caesars Entertainment has joined forces with New Mexico’s leading gaming operator, Laguna Development Corporation (LDC), to bring sports betting to the Land of Enchantment. The partnership has culminated in the launch of three retail sportsbooks at LDC’s popular casinos in the state.
The three sportsbooks are located at Route 66 Casino Hotel in Albuquerque, Dancing Eagle Casino in Casa Blanca, and Route 66 Travel Center in Laguna. The sportsbooks offer a sleek and modern design, featuring state-of-the-art technology and multiple screens displaying live odds and sporting events from around the world. Customers can place bets on a wide range of sports, including football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and more.
“We are thrilled to partner with Caesars Entertainment to bring sports betting to our loyal customers in New Mexico,” said Jerry Smith, CEO of Laguna Development Corporation. “With Caesars’ expertise and track record in the gaming industry, we are confident that our sportsbooks will provide an unparalleled experience for sports enthusiasts in the state.”
For Caesars Entertainment, the partnership with LDC marks a significant expansion of its footprint in the rapidly growing sports betting market. The company, which operates more than 50 casinos worldwide, has been at the forefront of the sports betting revolution in the United States since the Supreme Court struck down the federal ban on sports betting in 2018.
“We are excited to bring the Caesars sportsbook experience to New Mexico,” said Mark Frissora, CEO of Caesars Entertainment. “Our partnership with LDC allows us to leverage our expertise and resources to offer sports betting enthusiasts in the state a world-class gaming experience.”
In addition to the three retail sportsbooks, Caesars and LDC are also exploring opportunities to launch online and mobile sports betting in New Mexico. The move would allow customers to place bets from the comfort of their own homes or on the go, further enhancing the overall gaming experience in the state.
The launch of the three retail sportsbooks at LDC’s properties has already created a buzz among sports fans in New Mexico. With its strategic partnership with Caesars Entertainment, LDC is poised to become a major player in the state’s burgeoning sports betting market. As the industry continues to grow, both companies are committed to providing customers with an exceptional sports betting experience that is second to none.
