The event, held at the luxurious Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, saw the casino’s top chefs and restaurants recognized for their excellence in the culinary arts.

Among the standouts were the award-winning Italian restaurant, La Cascata, which took home first place in the Best Fine Dining category.
